We ship both domestically within the United States and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance
- Customs policies vary by country and we cannot predict which charges, if any, may be applied
- Delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic shipping estimates
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Our return policy is as follows:
- You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
- To initiate a return, you must submit a return request form on our website
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

A portion of each purchase goes toward creating water wells in Indonesia. The exact percentage or amount may vary and is at our discretion.
